• We dispatch frozen goods Monday to Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.
• This ensures delivery within 24–48 hours while maintaining temperature integrity.
• Courier Tracking:
• Every order is sent via tracked delivery, so you can monitor your parcel from dispatch to doorstep

Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel upon delivery.
• Once received, immediately transfer all frozen items to a freezer.
• Do not refreeze items that have fully thawed.
